FYI Loves....Marc B

As some of you may recall, I mentioned a rather gorgeous bag the other day by a wonderful brand by the name of Mark B. Well, today I'm able to share with you a little preview from Marc B's upcoming Autumn winter collection. Not only does it feature that gorgeous satchel (which I have found out is called the Sophia by the way) but also a whole host of other effortlessly stylish bags at pocket friendly prices. Enjoy....

The Mimi

The Knightsbridge Elite

The Jasmine

The Cleo

The Candy

And last but not least, the lovely Sofia.

One Boy And His Addiction To Scarves.

Hi, my names Brad and I'm a compulsive scarf buyer. OK, so I'm not quite at the stage where I need to attend shopaholics anonymous because I can't go 24hrs without purchasing. However, I do have quite the thing for scarves. Don't ask me why but I just seem to look at them all the time. Whether I'm out shopping or at home doing a bit of online indulging, there's always a scarf that catches my eye.

And that is exactly what happened to me on Tuesday. I was out having a catch up day with a friend of mine (you know those day's where you just meet up, eat, drink, bitch and shop) and I spotted a rather gorgeous blue scarf just as we went through the door. Now, I'd promised myself I wasn't going to buy anything but there it was just staring at me saying 'I'd look great tied on the handle of your bag' and 'Use me to add a flash of colour to your outfit'. After trying it on and asking my friend what she thought I decided one tiny purchase could hurt - after all, it was a steal at only £7.99. So here it is, the latest addition to my ever growing collection of scarfs.

I really love the bold colours and the vintage inspired print is one of my favourites. As soon as I saw it I just couldn't resist and quite frankly, I didn't want to! I don't even feel the tiniest bit guilty!

Hej då

P.S Apologies for the poor pictures, it was rather gloomy when I wrote this so no pretty outdoor pictures today I'm afraid.

I want it...NOW!

I indulged in a cardinal sin yesterday, a sin of the greatest fashion proportion.....I read NOW! magazine instead of Vogue. I know, I know, it was wrong of me. However, in my defence, I wanted to read vogue from cover to cover, taking it in properly which, quite frankly, I just didn't have the time to do. So, instead I read NOW! and actually came across a few thing in their 'fashion mini-mag' which really caught my eye.

Firstly, as part of a feature on the favourite fashions of 'one of those girls from off that soap...I think it's Hollyoaks', I spotted this rather lovely ASOS cuff bracelet.

Not only am I loving the colour, but the simplistic, symmetrical gold detailing is a really nice detail. Alas, if only I had nice, womanly and slender wrists!

Secondly, I spotted a feature on this seasons 'it' bag the Mulberry Alexa. Now I need not even mention how much I whole heartily adore this bag, it's easily one of my favourite bags of the moment. However, if you you don't have a spare £695 lying around (don't we all wish we did?!) then this take on the classic satchel by brand Marc B is equally as charming.

Featuring ostrich skin detailing, a great shape and a gorgeous colour, this bag really is a simple yet ultra stylish day bag, not to mention a little lighter on your bank balance at the very reasonable price of £45!

Grab them while you can!

A week in the life...

Kalispera, did you miss me? As many of you know, last week I jetted off in search of some much needed sun and relaxation courtesy of the beautiful island of Rhodes in Greece. It was a perfect opportunity to relax and spend some time with both my best friend and Grandfather (who is lucky enough to live there) before the PFWS - that's Pre-Fashion Week Stress Disorder for those of you not on twitter - sets in.

We stayed in the northern region of the island in the New Town. The area is a busy and bustling part of the island which plays host to a variety of bars and restaurants. Hardly the relaxing atmosphere I referred to earlier but a boy has to have some fun every once in a while!

Unfortunately, as it was a pleasure trip as opposed to business, I don't have any fashion related news from my travels. However, I'll leave you with a selection of photos from the trip which I hope you'll enjoy and will allow you to learn a little more about how I spend my time when I'm not trawling through fashion magazines, dissecting collections or scouring the web.

Octopus is a speciality in Greece and, whilst it is not a pleasure of mine, my friend rather enjoyed this seafood salad (or what was left of it by the time I took this picture).

You know me, never say no to a free cocktail!

An aerial view of the area and the beautiful Aegean sea.

A perfect place to relax.

The old town is set in an amazing medieval castle, originally built by The Knights Templar.

A beautiful island, and one which I have visited many times, Rhodes never fails to provide an idyllic escape in which to both relax and even enjoy the occasional late night...
